As a child, Biem dreamed of working for the Olympics—the world of high-performance sports seemed like the natural destination for someone who thrived on excellence, strategy, and the pursuit of meaningful achievement. Yet life, as it often does, revealed a different path. Today, Biem find himself equally passionate about fields that demands the same rigor, the same commitment to human potential, entrepreneurial thinking and technological innovation, but with a focus that reaches far beyond the playing field.
From the world of elite sports to the boardrooms of global businesses, his journey has been driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire to make a societal impact. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Studies and a Master’s Degree of Nyenrode Business University, his professional journey has taken him across continents. These experiences shaped his understanding of what it means to work internationally—not simply to travel, but to engage deeply with different cultures, politics, systems, business models and wicked problems.
His experiences has taught him that the key to success lies not only in what you do, but in how you do it. While we enjoy our comfort and wealth in many Western countries, we enter an era of uncertainty. Geo-political tensions, climate change, the urgency for digital transformation, the war on talent, and the rise of artificial intelligence.
