- Managed the (annual) planning of the youth football academy and operated the allocation of the sports complex’s football fields, facilities, transportation, and catering.
- Organized matches and youth football training and communicated with primary and secondary stakeholders (inter- and national football clubs and federations).
- Investigated and gave strategic advice: ‘A guide for the Planning & Coordination department to think about a (renewed) strategy for its primary and secondary stakeholders’.

- Provided strategic advice to maximize support to young athletes within all the high-performance components and developed a quality control system to assist the coaches with the current philosophy, structure, and training.
- Conducted a bachelor’s thesis to explore, find, and ensure a sustainable way of fundraising for the long-term continuity of the MATCH Development Foundation in South Africa (PBO with an exclusive partnership with the Anthony Harris Tennis Academy).

- Conducted qualitative research at Amsterdam UMC (Department of Ethics, Law, and Humanities) to investigate how healthcare managers experience and navigate the ethical culture within their organization.
- Analyzed key dimensions of ethical culture, including leadership congruence, the feasibility of ethical conduct, organizational support, and the discussability of dilemmas, based on the Corporate Ethical Virtues (CEV) model.
- Conducted semi-structured interviews with ‘zorgmanagers’, ‘teamleiders’, and ‘afdelingshoofden’ to gain deep insights into practical challenges concerning resource scarcity, cost-effectiveness, and the quality of patient care.
